郭改慧，陕西科技大学数学与数据科学学院党委书记、教授，主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、天元项目等4项，主持和参与完成省部级以上项目20余项，在Proc. London Math. Soc.等期刊发表论文60余篇。曾获陕西省数学会青年优秀论文特等奖、陕西省高等学校科学技术二等奖和陕西省第十三届自然科学优秀论文三等奖。主持完成省级教改项目5项，获批省级课程1门，获省级教学成果奖1项。
